Applying for a pitch
WHO CAN APPLY?
Pitches are available for local charities, community organisations, local groups and businesses and food and drinks vendors and ice cream sellers. Due to popular demand, we will not be able to give everyone who applies a pitch. A selection process is undertaken by the executive committee to give opportunities to a mixture of different stalls and trades each year. We will let you know if you have been successfully allocated a pitch, and will provide you with payment details at this point. If we become full, we will create a reserve list, should anyone need to pull out of the event last minute. Please read the full Terms and Conditions below before applying. In the mean time here are some key pieces of information:

WHAT'S INCLUDED?
We provide the pitch only. You will be responsible for providing your own stand, table and chairs, materials for your stall etc. We advise you also bring a gazebo for rain or shade and clear signage to promote your stall. Electric is not included. If you need electric, you may consider a generator but please include this on your application form.

HOW BIG IS THE PITCH?
Each pitch size will be a standard 3mx3m size.
Larger sized plots will be available on request, subject to availability and a higher fee.

INSURANCE
All stall holders must possess Public Liability Insurance and we ask you to provide us with a copy of this for our records. If you do not have this, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will add you to our policy for a fee of £18.

DID YOU KNOW?
We are also not charging an entry fee to visitors coming to the fete this year as it was well received in the community last year. We want as many people to join us as possible in 2026 - hopefully we will see you there!
