Sponsorship Packages

Thank you for considering sponsoring the Ottershaw Village Fete.  

The sponsorship packages will be approved based on a first come, first served basis with a priority given to businesses based in Ottershaw and the local surrounding area. 

There are 4 packages to choose from depending on your needs, Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze.  We also welcome any companies who can donate equipment for the day such as generators, chairs, tables, portaloos etc!

We are also offering to do the required artwork you need for an additional £40 - please indicate below in your form if this is something you would like us to help with.   If you have your own artwork ready to go, we'll be in touch to get this soon after your sponsorship has been approved.

More Information......
Funds received will help towards:
Grand Prize Draw prizes,
Community Partnership stall and competition prizes,
Games for adults and kids to enjoy for free,
Printed programmes,
General running costs of the event such as field hire, insurances and licenses.

Copies of the printed programme will be given to local businesses to have on their shop front for people to pick up ahead of the event.
