FREE Field Parking
We encourage everyone to walk, or cycle to the fete but if you need to bring a car, then parking is on the field adjacent to the fete (accessed via Foxhills Road Car Park). Please be aware that there is usually queuing to get into the car park at around 1-2 pm on the day. Do not park along the roadside as this could block traffic along Foxhills Road.

Murrey Road car park is also in Ottershaw, approximately 5 minute walk from the fete. Parking is free.

The Pavilion Car Park will be reserved for the fete team but does have 3 disabled bays which will be accessible to blue badge holders on the day on a first come first served basis. Foxhills Road Car Park also has 3 disabled bays
Grand Prize Draw
Tickets for the Grand Prize Draw can be bought online here or at the fete on the day. Tickets are £1 each to enter and we have some great prizes up for grabs! Ticket sales close at 3.30pm on the 28th June. The Mayor of Runnymede will be drawing the prizes at 4pm in the Main Arena.

Food
You can bring your own picnic or enjoy the various food and drink stalls at the fete.
Payments
Cash and Cards will be accepted at the majority of stalls. There are a large number of free kids activities, however we understand some kids want to spend some money so buckets will be available at these free stalls for donations. Any donations received will ensure the future running of the fete and go into the grant scheme.
Close
The fete closes at 5pm but the music and the drinks will no doubt carry on for a little after! Please help us keep our community tidy by taking rubbish home or making sure it gets into one of the bins provided.
Public facilities
Public facilities are available in the building located in the Pavillion Car Park
