Get to know your way around the fete
Parking
We encourage everyone to walk, or cycle to the fete but if you need to bring a car, then parking is on the field adjacent to the fete, which can only be accessed via the gate next to the playground. Please be aware that there is usually queuing to get in at around 1-2pm on the day. Parking is free.
Murrey Road car park is also in Ottershaw, approximately 5 minute walk from the fete. Parking is free.
Grand Prize Draw
Tickets for the Grand Prize Draw can be bought at the fete on the day. Tickets are £1 each to enter and we have some great prizes up for grabs! Ticket sales close at 3pm on the 29th June. The Mayor of Runnymede will be drawing the prizes at 3.30pm in the Main Arena.

Food
You can bring your own picnic or enjoy the various food and drink stalls at the fete.
Payments
Cash and Cards will be accepted at the mojority of stalls and at the fete entry gates. There are a large number of free kids activities, however we understand some kids want to spend some money so buckets will be available for donations.
Close
The fete closes at 5pm but the music and the drinks will no doubt carry on for a little after! Please help us keep our community tidy by taking rubbish home or making sure it gets into one of the bins provided.
